The fourth-annual St. Peter Winterfest is presented by the Winterfest Task Force, a St. Peter Area Chamber of Commerce committee. Winterfest was created to bring local businesses and organizations together and offer a variety of public events throughout the nine-day festival. Those events are as eclectic as the groups that sponsor them, from one-of-a-kind pottery filled with homemade soup at the Arts Center, to the Nicollet County Sheriff’s Office’s frigid Polar Plunge benefiting Special Olympics.
